The Recognition & Accreditation (R&A) Program enables highly skilled professionals with extensive training in immigration processes at Immigration No Complication, Inc. (INCI) to provide authorized immigration legal services before the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Becoming an accredited representative is a rigorous process that requires comprehensive education, in-depth knowledge of immigration law, and a thorough understanding of policies and procedures. Candidates must complete intensive training, demonstrate legal proficiency, and meet strict eligibility requirements set by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to ensure they can effectively advocate for and assist immigrants.
Through this program, our dedicated and well-prepared representatives help individuals and families with citizenship applications, family petitions, employment authorizations, and general immigration matters. Carlos E. Bermudez is an experienced immigration professional advocate with over 10 years in immigration law. As the CEO of Immigration No Complication, Inc., a DOJ-recognized organization, he provides affordable legal services to individuals and families seeking a brighter future in the U.S.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universidad Santa Maria (Venezuela), a Master of International Law (LLM) from the University of Miami, and a Master of Science in Education (MSC) from Nova Southeastern University. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Carlos serves a diverse clientele with expertise in employment visas, green card based on employment, investment visas, family petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, DACA, TPS, and waivers.
Carlos is accredited by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to represent clients before USCIS, ICE, and CBP. Known for his professionalism, compassion, and strong legal writing skills, he has supported complex immigration cases alongside prominent U.S. immigration attorneys.
Passionate about education and advocacy, Carlos mentors paralegals and legal assistants to strengthen community support for immigrants.
When not helping clients, he enjoys motorcycles, classic European cars, and spending time with his family.

Known to everyone as "Rosy", Rosa Pellegrino is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s in Education from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and a Master’s in Education from Nova Southeastern University.
Rosy began her career as a teacher in Caracas, Venezuela, and later continued teaching in Miami, Florida, before transitioning into immigration services.
Since 2015, Rosy has managed operations at NCI Consulting Group, LLC, an outsourcing paralegal office, and in 2024, she took on the role of Manager at Immigration No Complication, Inc., a Department Of Justice recognized organization.
Her expertise includes office management, client services, and immigration processes, supported by training as a forms preparer.
Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English, Rosy connects with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring personalized, efficient support.
Her passion for empowering immigrants and her strong organizational skills make her an essential part of the organization, driving its mission to deliver accessible and compassionate immigration services.
